At FORCETPAY, we prioritize financial transparency and fairness. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding balance refunds and transfers:
Users may request a refund only for their actual deposited balance that has not yet been spent on advertising campaigns.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original deposit date.
Processing Fee: All approved cash refunds are subject to a fixed 20% administrative and processing fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment gateway charges, taxes, and operational costs.
To help our users avoid the high costs of refund fees, we offer a flexible alternative:
Internal Transfer: You may transfer your unspent "Actual Balance" to another FORCETPAY user account.
Low Fee: Balance transfers are subject to a small 5% fee only, saving you 15% compared to a standard refund.
Transfers are processed quickly once the request is verified.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Consumed Units: Once a balance is converted into ad impressions or clicks, it is considered consumed and strictly non-refundable.
Promotional Credits: Bonus units, coupons, and promotional balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred.
Policy Violations: If an account is suspended due to fraud, bot traffic, or any breach of our Terms of Service, the user forfeits all rights to any remaining balance.
All requests must be submitted exclusively through our official Support Ticket system.
Approved refunds take 7 to 10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.
For security reasons, funds will be returned only to the original payment method used for the deposit.
